hi lara. i read your comment on kerstin’s blog and i think i understand. i’m a bleeding heart liberal and have become more so as i’ve gotten older but i’ve been able to understand why someone would vote the other side. i’ve even voted republican when the democratic candidate just wasn’t up to snuff. but i think what makes me wonder about people who went bush this time around is that he’s lied to us. he’s taken us into a war that we shouldn’t have been in. he’s alienated our allies. and fucked with our enemies (pardon my french). he’s dropped the ball on the economy and other domestic issues. he’s no good. and it’s not a matter of ideology anymore. it’s beyond that. wear your kerry button with pride. because like you, i don’t want someone else assuming that i had any hand in putting this criminal back in the white house.
